Real people.
Real Lives.
Real Results.
These are the women (and a few men) who decided they were done waiting to feel better.
Working with Santo has given me something I didn’t have before:
More
- Grace
- Perspective
- Way more data points that prove I can turn things around quickly without spiraling.
Even when I’m not “on my game,” it doesn’t feel like failure anymore. It feels like life — and I know I’ll be back tomorrow.
It’s not just that I’m getting stronger.
It’s that I’m learning how to stop being my own bully.
And that’s been the biggest change.

Before working with Santo, I was trying to do everything on my own — and it wasn’t working. I was active, I was trying, but I couldn’t see my own progress and I kept focusing on what I wasn’t doing.
What changed wasn’t just my body — it was my perspective.
I learned how to step back, look at the bigger picture, and make decisions based on reality instead of emotion. I stopped beating myself up over imperfect days and learned how to reset without spiraling.
I feel more in control now. Not rigid — just aware.
I enjoy my life, my food, my workouts, and I don’t feel like one “off” day ruins everything anymore.
This didn’t feel like pressure.
It felt like guidance, and that’s what finally made things stick.

Before working with Santo, I honestly felt like I was guessing. I’d try to “be good,” I’d get busy or stressed, and then the day would stretch out and I’d end up living on snacks and whatever was easiest.
What I love about working with him is that it’s not just “eat this, do that.” He actually helps me problem-solve like a real person with a real life.
This month was hectic. I’m training a new coworker, my days are long, and I’m on call late — so my routine isn’t perfect. But Santo helped me build a plan that fits my schedule instead of making me feel like I’m failing because I can’t be a robot. We adjusted my timing, front-loaded my day so I’m not starving by the time I work out, and even found simple tricks to make my breakfast more filling.
The biggest difference is I feel supported and calm about it now. I don’t spiral. I experiment, I adjust, and I keep moving.
If you’re someone who’s stressed, busy, and trying to “figure it out” alone — having a coach who actually looks at your real life and helps you build around it is a game changer.

“I started losing weight before I started with you & it was kind of just fat loss .
I started with you & I was 219 Lbs & now I am 209 in 13 short weeks.
There was a lull in time where my weight didn’t change but my body was changing especially in my legs… I HAVE A BUTT NOW!
I’ve lost 10 sizes since we’ve worked together.
There’s been a confidence boost in all of my facets of life. I got a promotion at work & I feel like I’m really just taking the time to show everyone that
I’m worth it. “

"I had already started my fitness journey 1.5years before working with Coach Santo.
Proper nutrition always seemed like an all or nothing approach for me until I started working with Him.
He provided a realistic and attainable approach to nutrition and general health that made it actually quite easy to reach goals without feeling like you had to move mountains everyday.
Santo helped me understand that fitness is more than just the time spent in the gym, but also nutrition, daily movement, water sleep, and the glass of wine that needs to be shared with friends!
Life doesn't have to pause while you get your fitness stuff together.
It's been two months now, and I'm down 12lbs, but more importantly I learned to prioritize what makes my body feel better - like getting enough sleep and movement throughout the day.
I learned that being able to fit your best friend's baby inside your jacket means more than the pounds lost on the scale!
I would recommend working with Santo for anyone that is struggling to do it at all once and wants guidance doing it in an actual attainable fashion that turns into a lifestyle.
Thank you, coach Santo!"

Prior to working with Santo, I was vegan & not eating any meat. Though I felt better, you could obviously see in the photo from May compared to now (October) that it wasn’t what my body needed.
Being Italian, we grew up on traditional foods. Going through this process with you helped me realized that I can have meats & cheese but it is more so a matter of how much I can & understand the effect that is going to come with it!
I couldn’t believe after a few months, I could totally see that my stomach was flat!!
I am SO happy with the way the program went & I am still incorporating the things we learned together.

"I've been working with Santo for the past 18 months, and have seen a ton of progress while being in this program!
Before I got started, I had been working out regularly, but really needed something that was going to help me push my results.
I needed guidance on nutrition and specific gym routines as I transitioned out of a fully class based workout routine, I wasn't sure if an online program would work and keep me accountable, but Santo has been supportive every step of the way.
Bi weekly phone calls and regular text check ins have made me feel like there is someone there supporting me and keeping me honest.
He's always super quick to respond whenever i have questions or concerns!
During the first 7 weeks of the course, I was down:
- ~10 lbs
- 5% body fat
- Feel more confident looking in the mirror, and notice that my clothes are fitting me better!
I'd recommend a program like this for anyone
- whether you're new to working out or have been exercising for awhile, Santo can tailor a program that will work with your needs and help tweak anything along the way!"

“We started with using the scale as our metric, then I quickly recognized what you meant by the scale doesn’t tell the whole story; so I’m glad we only check in on that every so often.
It’s been great tracking my progress with photos. You see yourself everyday but you wont always notice the differences. When you put up the progress photos for me to do, it gave me an opportunity to see the changes that are coming through, look at my arms!!
Not only do I feel better, but I feel that this is being done in a way that’s sustainable & focuses on me as the individual. I appreciate that we have made a genuine connection online.
When we jump on the calls to check in, it’s never just straight into how the workouts are going, but you ask me “Hey, how are YOU doing” and make sure that all is good on my end to.
I really appreciate that you do that.”

“The biggest change in perspective for nutrition I had was that I always used to look at it day to day - Santo would yell at me because I would be complaining about what I had been eating & he would say like “Hey, who cares you had some popcorn & candy bars last night, you ate really good all week.
Its the same thing with training I have a week where I don’t workout at all or minimally because I’m travelling for work & can only walk & get my steps in.
If you stretch that out on a two month horizon, I still made huge progress. All of March I barely worked out but I still got stronger & leaner & felt really good about myself going into April.
The day to day stuff you need to look to sometimes you’ve got to completely ignore & look at things positively.

There’s been a lot of metric focused breakthroughs while working with Santo.
Hitting 405 Lbs on my deadlift was the biggest breakthrough.
My overall conditioning has improved dramatically, the one thing that I think really separates good from great even within amateurs within this space is conditioning.
It’s something that if you’re not working with a coach who understand the importance of tying together the strength & conditioning, it’s going to be very challenging to push yourself.
Having weaknesses & imbalances between them become very obvious & if you cant be strong & run a moderate distance I would think your overall fitness is a bit in question in that regard.

“ In the beginning you wanted to make sure that I was going to commit to tracking my food & do the things you asked & I said yes.
I never did this before man, for me I never tracked my food or intake or calories or protein. As soon as you asked me that question I knew that there are some people who don’t follow it & if I’m going to make a change I’m going to have to commit to this question…
And I did.
The moment you asked me was the moment I committed and now it’s like I’m wired this way. Now I’m just tracking my food like it’s nothing.
A lot of people who don’t do it think it’s a lot of work, but once you do it once, twice or three times, you realize it’s not as hard as you think.
I’m grateful for you & the program. I feel & look amazing, I’m wearing suits I haven’t worn in years and all of my clients are noticing it too.”
