Hi, Im Santo Chiappetta

I’m a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach & CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve been in the industry for over 14 years, spending thousands of hours working one-to-one and in classes in person as a personal trainer & boxing coach, and now I work with high performing people online.

I specialize in building strength & muscle, while emphasizing fat loss & positive behaviour change.


My goal is to help you get to the point where you no longer need a coach.

My job is to educate you on how to make better decisions for yourself & your future.


FUN FACTS !

 

- Competed in amateur boxing from age 15 - 21 & had over 35 bouts

- Yo-yo dieted & weight cut through my amateur boxing career, gaining anywhere from 20 - 30lbs between fights then losing it again.

- When I quit boxing, I regained all of the weight I had previously lost as I had “nothing” to train for, until I took a hard look at myself trying to help others improve their life.

- I’m fair, but I’m firm in my coaching. This is something that needs to be integrated into YOUR lifestyle to meet YOUR expectations.

“We started with using the scale as our metric, then I quickly recognized what you meant by the scale doesn’t tell the whole story; so I’m glad we only check in on that every so often.

It’s been great tracking my progress with photos. You see yourself everyday but you wont always notice the differences. When you put up the progress photos for me to do, it give me an opportunity to see the changes that are coming through, look at my arms!!

Not only do I feel better, but I feel that this is being done in a way that’s sustainable & focuses on me as the individual. I appreciate that we have made a genuine connection online.

When we jump on the calls to check-in, its never just straight into how the workouts are going, but you ask me “Hey, how are YOU doing” and make sure that all is good on my end to.
