      <image:caption>Hi, Im Santo! I am a certified personal trainer, and a lifestyle &amp; behaviour coach who has (as you can see from my photo) also had his own challenges with his weight in the past. I used to compete in competitive amateur boxing, and at one point would fluctuate in weight anywhere from 20 - 30 pounds between competitions. After my boxing career, I decided that if I wanted to start making better decisions, not only for the short term, but also for the long term as well. I would encourage people to sign up with me for personal training in person, when I myself didn’t even have a coach. I felt as if this was disingenuous of me to be asking people to not only invest in, but take part of a process I wasn’t participating in. Now I help high performing men (and a few women) lose weight &amp; keep it off permanently in a sustainable way.</image:caption>
